We are excited to share with you our passion for Taekwondo, a martial art that
has changed our lives for the better. You may not know this, but we are former
taekwondo competitors who started the sport in high school. We were struggling
with personal / life issues at that time, but taekwondo helped us to overcome
them and develop discipline, confidence, and respect. Taekwondo is not just a sport;
